EA111 1.4 TSI Hybrid Turbo Upgrade Delivers 271 HP and 304 Nm
We are proud to showcase our most powerful EA111 project to date.
Built by RTS Performance Engineering and tuned by BMS Tuning Pte Ltd, this project produced an impressive 271 HP and 304 Nm of torque at 1.6 bar of boost on 98 RON fuel.
That is a fantastic result from the EA111 1.4 TSI platform and a great example of what can be achieved with the right turbocharger, cooling, fueling and tuning.
The car was equipped with a MuchBoost EA111 1.4 TSI Hybrid Turbo Upgrade. This turbocharger gives the EA111 platform much more airflow potential than the stock turbocharger and became the foundation for a very strong and responsive setup.
The build also included WMI, RTS water-to-air cooler, upgraded RTS fuel pumps, including HPFP and LPFP, custom intake, upgraded exhaust system and custom downpipe.
All these parts helped the engine breathe better, stay cooler and support the higher boost level. The final result of 271 HP and 304 Nm at 1.6 bar shows how capable this small engine can be when every part of the setup is prepared with purpose.

We are extremely happy to see such great results and proud that our hybrid turbocharger could be part of this project. This EA111 build proves that even a small displacement engine can deliver serious performance with the right turbo upgrade.
